As he grapples with these surreal occurrences, he questions his reality and searches for meaning in his isolated, bewildering environment.

Kpleeb wakes up in a strange cave with a smooth floor and multiple sides. He notices a weird sun and moon cycle and finds mysterious food and water. Despite the routine, he ponders if this is merely hell. Days blend together, leaving him questioning his reality.
